Feast Menu
This feast is based off of a 16th century English mid-day meal. It is lighter than most SCA feasts as this is a summer meal. But as anyone who has ever eaten one of my feasts knows, no one walks away from my feasts hungry!

All recipes are period, but pleasant to the eye and delightful to the tongue. There is something in each course that is edible by both omnivore and vegetarian alike. This is also a low allergen meal and with proper notifications, substitutions can be made for those with dietary concerns. Most of the foods served also have a low glycemic index and are more friendly to those concerned about their diet. (Aside from the Apple cakes with marzipan which I will just come right out and say is not on anyone’s healthy list, but it sure tastes good!)
